Job summary & essential functions

Support National Sales Manager - targeting, closing and maintaining new and current customer base. Maintain information systems – CRM, Target Maps, Sales Reports and Best Seller Reports. Coordinate Tradeshow Logistics - Maintain Tradeshow calendar, contract logistics packing & shipping, Appointment calls & calendar maintenance, Customer File updates, and Budget Maintenance. Maintain Sample Room. Maintain Travel Calendars – House & Rep schedules. Maintain Rep Logistics – Sales Material Inventory, Catalogs, Digital Resources, Sample & Release logistics, Line updates. Maintain Promotion and Incentive Calendar. Customer Service Liaison – Special Terms and Conditions, Price list maintenance, Order issues, Hot orders. Art Liaison – Art Requests, Samples, Release maintenance and Presentation Logistics. Direct Customer Contact – Coordinate & Execute Call Center and Mailings. Travel- Capable of Tradeshow travel upon request.

Minimum requirements

High School diploma or equivalent. Computer Skills – Proficient at Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point)

Physical Abilities required

Ability to lift up to 35lbs, assist in assembling and merchandising trade show booths

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
